I hate the dating game; I really, really hate it. I just spend several hours with someone who I thought was interesting but after we got past the very superficial conversation stage.... there was nothing for us to talk about. I don’t require very much to go on to carry a conversation but an opinion on something would be nice! Is that too much to ask?

Top it off with the fact that less than five minutes after coming home my upstairs neighbor surprised someone trying to break into my car by asking what he was doing through his window (which is right beside my car), and then ran downstairs to let me know – so I trundled outside with my (sheathed) longsword in hand and scared the living hell out of the locals hanging out by the back door.

Anyways back to the dating rant. AAAARGH!
… I feel better now.

Prelude to a War
... the plot thickens!

So I picked up my final pay and ROE for the employment I left two weeks ago, and while my pay was acutally correct, I am missing my 4% accrued vacation pay. Now, I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt that this is just an oversight... but if it isn't I'll be walking over across the street to the Law Courts Building and suing his sorry ass.

Stood Up!
... sigh.

So I got stood up for this evening, but I've just made alternate plans to go see a movie with Emmett which really is a good thing because outside of Purgatory we really haven't spent alot of time together, which is too bad because he's a fun guy to hang out with.
