New Pay Grade
... 33% raise and we haven't even opened yet!
I accepted this job realizing that it was going to be alot of work and a whole pile of new challenges. I also mentioned in my blog a few days ago how nice it is to feel appreciated and to have my hard work noticed - and yesterday I was informed that as of our opening day, my wage/salary will increase by 33%. Which given the respectable 50+ hours I expect to work each week means I'll be making very good money plus bonuses. Wheeeee!

Purgatory is tonight... and we'll see how my first evening not being an organizer goes.
