Bottom of the Barrel
Finding good staff is like scraping the bottom of a bucket in the hopes that you might find something valuable in the muck that congeals there. So, it's 1:00am and I am at work, doing an audit, because the person who I hired looked like a gem in the muck that was present, but turned out to be unreliable. Two more audits for me, and I have a training seminar after each so I wont be getting any sleep... YAY!
